Extreme 4 Wheelin'
Disney Cleanup Run, 2005

Welcome to the 2005 Disney clean-up run.

It's been miserably cold all week, be got a break in the weather for the weekend.
Everything is just starting to thaw out this morning.

Jayson's behind the wheel of the Rokit buggy, and Hamid gets a ride with Earl.

Looks like Walt and Dale are going doorless, and Phil's still got Christmas decoration on the CJ.

Still some snow around, but that's not slowing us down any.

I see Jamie's taking a warm-up break in the Tracker.

Now it's time to make our way over to Little blue.
But of course we're gonna do a little wheelin' along the way...

Walt is making his way thru the bolder pile on the river bottom.

Ken got a shot of the waterfall.  Looks kinda cool...

On our way to Little Blue, we just had to stop and play on Nose Dive for a bit.

Here Walt works on getting the Sami up.

Of course that's only half the job.  Then you have to come back down..

And then Ken had to give it a try with the 4-wheeler.  I don't think that's gonna work....

And Now Jayson's gonna take the Rokit buggy up.
Can't quite crawl it, but it only take a little bump...

You can see someone is having a good time!

Now over to Little Blue.

As Steve just kicks back and watches his buggy work...

Then here comes Ken on the 4-wheeler...

Just a assistance is needed for the really short wheelbase...

Then he turns and goes UP the wall!

Well, that was not the most exciting part.  Seems he did not quite make it up and the trip down proved to be extremely exciting!
Click the link below for an animation of what happened...
Animation of roll down the hill...

But he manages to walk away!

Now it's Norm's turn up Little Blue..

Phil's passengers seem to be having some fun playing with the snow and ice...

Speaking of Phil, it's his turn up.  NICE tire in the air action there...

Then here comes Ronnie in the big Chevy.

Almost there...... SUCCESS.  Nice Job!

Next comes Walt, making it look easy.

There were a few spectators out and around this winter.

And here's what's left.  Each year the pile gets a little smaller.
Every little bit helps!

A very GRATEFUL THANKS to everyone that braved the cool and helped out.

And Thanks to Greg at Shipley's Container Service for taking care of the trash!
