Hey, who say's rock crawlers can't fly!  70 degrees, and not a cloud in the sky.  What a great day to play in the sand.

Camp is set.  It's early in the year, so the crowds are small.  Lot's of room to stretch out.

We made it in Friday night, unloaded and made a bee line for gate.  Starting out with a night run!

What is that below?   Yep, Steve and Jayson changing an axle.....  Sure enough, leave it to Jayson to trash an axle joint on sand!  Well, actually it looks like the joint was trashed the weekend before. But, it finally spit all the bearings and started making bad noises on the dunes.

Oh, and don't forget to ask Jayson how many times he got stuck trying to get back in 2wd.. :-)

Well, of course Jayson also brought a backup....

Lot's of trail action on Saturday.  The soft sand can be tricky when the trail gets narrow...

Yea Jayson, that's probably not the right line here either....

Oh yea, and you may have noticed the CR in the back of my truck.  Yes, I did take it out on the dunes.    All I can say is AWESOME!
I'll be back to try that some more.  Finally something with LOTS of POWER!   Well, I can't complain, my 'little blue bottle' did well for the Sami.. ;-)
