Day 2, Pritchett Canyon. I was running low on memory cards, so I cut back my pictures taking quite a bit. However, I did get shots of most of the big stuff. As the others in our group get their pics developed, I may scan some and add them to this page.
Start out, The guys playing on a couple big ledges early on in Pritchett Canyon.
Rocker Knocker Left! Check out the left rear on Steve's...
Here's Danny 'gettin it'.
Just before you get to Rock Pile, there is a narrow off camber spot. Here, the beast proved a bit much for the soft trail. If that thing rolls into the canyon, how are we gonna get it out? It's winch time.....
Here is Jayson sizing up Rock Pile. Can you believe he actually hit is drive shaft....
White Knuckle Hill! Danny pulls the Bronco over to the main line and sizes it up. A few wheel stands later, and he moved over to the right and crawled on up.
Danny spotted me to a line up the right side. Due to the angled approach, and possibility of a VERY long tumble to the bottom of the hill below, I opted to have Jayson hold the strap. Come on Swampers, don't fail me now...
This was an awesome hill we found just after White Knuckle. Everything from tame to impossible is available here.
Here Jayson crawls past the skid marks I left. I just could not quite make it over the top before my tires would start to slip and I would slide back down. I think he was cheating by keeping his front tires on the rocks....
