Novice Run, May 12th 2007

It's that time again.  Time for the anual spring novice run.   Looks like mother nature has thrown a twist this year.  We've got lots of water running out the flood gates over Little Blue and Waterfall, but that's alright.   We will make the best of it.

Water is not a problem for the Rock Garden, and now Steve and Henry is working on the obstacle course while everyone else pitches in to get the the camp setup.

The kids have found some puppies to play with.  BTW, if anyone want's a puppy, Crystal still has some left.

Everyone is gathering around, it's time for the drivers meeting.

After the meeting everyone heads out for the Rock Garden.  First challenge is to get everyone up the wall, since the easy crossing is under water.

Everyone is up, it's time for the obstacle course.

Kelly leads everyone in.
 

Daniel gets the 'nobody saw it' award for rolling his IH on the Staircase.
Luckily no serious injuries, just a new elbow pad for Marty is required.

It's time for the lunch break and start the raffle.

First we start by giving away fire extinguishers and first aid kits to the newcomers.

We saved the last first aid kit for Daniel...

Now it's time for the big prizes. 
Phil is at the mic, and we have our volunteer ticket drawer...
