Disney Rock Race, Oct 25 2003

The Disney Rock Race is a creation of Russ Hogan.  It was certainly a sight to see.  Russ laid out a course on a gravel bar that had the contestants running thru tight curves, over drop-offs, and thru several dips that can provide good air with enough momentum.

Here's a few pics from the event.  Russ broke the competitors into 3-4 classes.  I really don't have all the details, but there was something for everyone.

Certainly a fun way to spend a cool fall Saturday!
